Send Agency Required Document Reminders

Task Name

sendAgencyRequiredDocumentReminders

Parameters

None

Purpose

This task sends two email messages.

The first e-mail message is Expired Agency Required Document Message which is sent for each Agency Required Document that is expiring in the next 14 days. In addition, the expiration notification sent date is updated.

The second e-mail message is Agency Required Document Review Reminder which is sent for each Agency where the required review date is before the current time. The next review date is set to 12 months from now.
