Hire Data Approval Delayed

Purpose

This e-mail is sent to let a recruiter know that hire data that has been submitted has been pending approval for over 24 hours.

Send Trigger

This e-mail is sent by the Send Delayed Hire Data Approval Notifications batch job.

Recipients

This e-mail is only ever intended to goto Starpoint employees.

If the trade has a liaison, use the liaison, else use the recruiter as the possible recipient. By preferring a liaison, active or not, over the recruiter, we are guaranteed to be selecting a Starpoint user, because Starpoint is the only company with the liaison role, and all Starpoint agencies have liaisons.

The e-mail is only sent to the selected user if the user is active. This means that it is possible, although unlikely for this message to be silently discarded.
