Missing Timesheet Notification

Purpose

This message is sent to remind consultants that have not uploaded a timesheet for the previous week into the system.

Send Trigger

This e-mail is sent by the Send Missing Timesheet Notifications batch job.

Recipients

This e-mail is sent to the both the primary and secondary e-mail addresses on the consultant jacket. The recruiter is carbon copied.

Sender

The sender of the message is looked up based on the opportunity or the group recorded on the hire data for the consultant.

Hello FirstName,

We have not yet received your timesheet for week ending 01/01/2020.

We cannot process your paycheck without it. Please submit it ASAP.
