Job Closed Candidated Eliminated Message

Purpose

This email is sent to notify the recruiter that one of their submissions has been automatically eliminated because a job closed.

Send Trigger

When jobs are closed, either manually or due to expiration, all deals that do not have hire data (Starpoint deals only), or at least been reported as hired, are automatically eliminated.
