Payout Expiration Message¶
Purpose¶
This e-mail notifies people involved in a submission that a payout has expired.
Send Trigger¶
This e-mail is sent by the Expire Payouts batch job.
Recipients¶
If the recipient is in the agency
- The recruiter
- All Recruiting Managers in the recruiters group, and its parents
- The Rate Change Notification group for the agency
If the recipient is in the client
- The Hiring Manager
- All Recruiting Managers in the hiring managers group, and its parents
- The Rate Change Notification group for the client
Note
It is possible for both branches above to be true
Message Content¶
A payout has expired (fully amortized) for ${link.createTradeLink(trade)} at ${clientName}.
The new financial details as of MM/DD/YYYY are $xx.xx total cost, yy.yy% actual margin, zz.zz% adjusted gross margin.
