Hire Data Review Rejected

Purpose

This e-mail notifies people that the hire data for a detail has failed the review.

Send Trigger

A user clicks the Reject Review button viewing the hire data.

Recipients

For Wellington deals from non Starpoint Agencies, the e-mail goes to all the people in the Wellington client with the gatekeeper role.

For deals with a Liaison, the e-mail goes to the Liaison and all people with the RECRUITING_MANAGER or ASSISTANT_MANAGER roles in the Liaisons group, that have the permission to view the hire data.

For all deals

  • All users in the group on the job with the Role RECRUITING_MANAGER or ASSISTANT_MANAGER that can view the hire data.
  • All users in the candidate submission approval group for the job
  • If the hiring manager on the job is also a GATEKEEPER, and “Send Hiring Manager E-Mail” is selected on the job, and the hiring manager can view the hire data, then the hiring manager is added
  • If the job poster is also a GATEKEEPER, and the job poster can view the hire data, then the job poster is added
  • If the recruiter can see the hire data, the recruiter is added
  • If the client is NOT Wellington, the hiring manager on the job is added if the hiring manager can view the hire data
  • If after all this, no recipients have been added, then all InstiHire SUPER_ADMIN, ADMIN and GATEKEEPER, that can view the hire data, are added.
